A complete all grain kit to produce 40 pints of superb Vienna Lager craft beer
Includes all malt grains, hops, yeast, Britewort & isinglass finings.
A copper coloured beer with a lower hop bitterness. The roasted malt flavours are complimented by a toasted malt aroma. This is a great alternative to traditional lagers.
This produces a beer of approx 5.1% abv, 26.5 IBU, 19.7 EBC

Hops: Hersbrucker, Tettnanger
Yeast: Harris Premium Beer
