Mashing Knowledge and Equipment Required

Hops Leaf or Pellets maybe in the kit ( hops are becoming short supply we use what we can get hold off, sorry any problems caused )

This is a All grain mashing kit in the style of Pilsner
This kit which weighs approx 4.760 kg comes with Crushed Weyermann Pilsner Malt, Rice Hulls, Hops, Copper Fining Tablet and Yeast.
Giving an estimated Original Gravity 1.044
This is all you require apart from water and equipment so there is no wasted grain or hops by buying larger packs.
This kit will make around 23 ltrs As with all mashing recipes this does depend on your equipment and of course the amount of liquor ( water ) used will also change. We have given mashing guidelines based on our testing and equipment yours may be different.
Becuase we do use pellets in our beer kits you will require a bag for the pellets if you have something else that can handle pellets then no need for the bag.
Why pellets – We think pellets are less mess then leaf hops and give better results and last longer with little degradation of the hop
