This one is one of the best Lager / Pilsner kits around Continental Pilsner embodies the full character of European lager style beers – light and delicate, yet richly satisfying. This beer preserves the delicate balance of natural hop bitterness with the sweetness of malt and is best served cold at about 5degC or 41degF. In keeping with our Gold standard, by using the easy to follow brewing instructions, you will brew beers of the very highest quality – quality which complies with the 15th century German purity law – the Reinheitsgebot.
