Mosaic All Gain Mash Kit Single Hop

A relatively new American hop that is establishing itself as a firm favourite. It provides unmistakable aromas ranging from tropical fruits, pine needles, and floral notes. The flavour is an infusion of mango, lime, blueberry, and a hint of spices.

The single hop series is designed to pick out the individual characteristics of speciality hops. They will allow you to distinguish the unique flavours and aromas of some of the worlds finest hop varieties. The hops are matched to the freshest malts to produce a beer of exceptional quality and character.

INGREDIENTS:

Malts: Maris Otter, Carapils
Hops: Mosaic
Yeast: Harris Premium Beer Yeast
Extras: Britewort, Beer Brite, Pure Brew

The weight of this kit is 5Kg, all the hops are weighed in separate bags to add at various stages in the boil. Complete with full instructions and supplied in a 2 gallon plastic bucket.
This kit will make around 23 ltrs As with all mashing recipes this does depend on your equipement and of course the amount of liquor ( water ) used will also change. We have given mashing guidelines based on our testing and equipment yours may be different.
