You fill the plastic top bit with steriliser and press the bottle down in the middle of the rinser and it cleans the bottles out.
Best to use a non-rinse steriliser that way you do not need to rinse again in clean water
The pet bottles are a little to big to be used with the rinser, but if you get a stainless washer and put it over the neck of the rinser
this then allows the pet bottles to be used as it has something to press the plunger down and squirt the cleaner into the bottles!!
