FRESH WORT KIT
For those who want to brew all grain quality beer, but do not have the time or space for all grain brewing.
We now have the pleasure of presenting a brand new range of products from the Norwegian market.
Here we have already brewed the beer for you, so you only have to ferment and transfer the beer before drinking it
The fresh wort kits have 15L in the box and just add 5L water to make 20L final volume
American Blonde Fresh Wort Beer Kit
This is a light and refreshing beer with a fresh taste from lager and wheat malt, and a fruity / citrus touch from the hops Cascade and Citra. A lovely beer for lazy summer evenings!
Style: American Blonde Ale
Alcohol percentage: about 5.6%.
IBU: approx. 17 – little/moderately bitter.
Color: 8 EBC – straw yellow
Contains pre-brewed wort for 20 liters of beer
Instructions:
- Pour wort into your fermentation vessel
- Top up with clean water to 20 liters of total volume.
- Add yeast
- Put on lid and yeast lock
- Follow the provided guidance regarding the recommended fermentation temperature

Yeast: Fermentis US-05
Dry hop: Citra
Ferments at approx. 20°C. Dry hops are added according to description on the hops.

Equipment Needed You will require basic brewing equipment to make a beer kit

Below is a list of the essential equipment needed to make a beer kit
Fermenting Bin 25 ltrs + – To ferment the beer in
Pressure Barrel or Pet Bottles, 2 packs enough for 5 gallons of beer – To Store and condition the beer ready for drinking
Syphon Equipment – To aid moving the beer from the fermenter to the barrel or bottles
Hydrometer – To Measure the gravity of the beer when it starts and finishes
LCD Thermometer – Sticks on the fermenting bin to help you get the right brewing temperature 16oC – 24oC is best for beer
Sterliser – Not equipment but is essential part to keep all equipment clean and sterilised when used
Water – Beer is made from 95% water. Tap water will be fine, filtered is better to remove the chlorine will help give you the best result.
